Required info for Wholesale Registration: 1. Business ID, Resellers License or Tax Exempt ID Number 2. First & Last Name 3. Company name (if available) 4. Complete Address (street, city, state, zip) 5. Phone Number 6. The email address you want to use for your Login *ALL of this information must be included in your email to be successfully registered. **If you forget your log-in information, your email address is first, your password is your first name in lower case letters. If you change your email address, or any of your other information, please email Teresa so she can update your information within our system at: (teresa-talisman@verizon.net).
